Acceptance: By registering for any Mecca Sports program, clinic, class, league, or event ("Program"), you (or the participant's parent/guardian) accept these Terms & Conditions and confirm authority to enroll minors. 2. About: Mecca Sports offers youth training in basketball, football (including flag), volleyball, soccer, field hockey, and performance/speed & agility. Programs typically run 6–12 weeks; formats include in-person clinics, indoor turf sessions, leagues, and subscriptions. Merchandise sold through the online store follows a separate policy. 3. Enrollment & Payment: Registration is confirmed after payment (or approved payment plan) and receipt of required waivers. Fees are due at registration. Prices, schedules, locations, and instructors may change; registrants will be notified of material changes. 4. Cancellation & Refunds: - Before Program Start: Cancellations may receive refunds or credits per registration terms; processing fees may apply. - After Program Start: Refunds, credits, or make-ups for missed sessions after the Program Start Date are solely at Mecca Sports' discretion. Mecca Sports generally does NOT provide refunds once a session begins. In many cases a prorated credit toward future programs may be offered. - Medical Exceptions: Documented medical emergencies (physician note required) may be eligible for prorated credit or refund, subject to verification. - Program Cancellation by Company: If Mecca Sports cancels an entire Program, registrants will receive a full refund or full credit. Incidental expenses (travel, etc.) are not covered. Credit Validity: Credits issued are valid for 6 months from date of issue unless otherwise stated. 5. Make-ups & Transfers: Make-ups are offered only when schedule and space permit and must be requested promptly; not guaranteed. Credits are non-transferable unless approved in writing. 6. Conduct & Dismissal: Participants and guardians must act respectfully. Mecca Sports may dismiss participants for unsafe or inappropriate conduct; dismissal may be without refund. 7. Risk & Release: Participation involves inherent risks. By registering, participants and parents/guardians voluntarily assume these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, registrants release Mecca Sports, its owners, employees, contractors and volunteers from claims arising from participation and agree to indemnify the company for claims caused by participant actions. (Consult local counsel for enforceability of releases in your jurisdiction.) 8. Health & Safety: Do not attend if ill or contagious. Disclose medical conditions/allergies. Mecca Sports may refuse participation for safety reasons. 9. Photo/Video: Mecca Sports may photograph or record Programs for promotional use. Opt-out must be provided in writing prior to Program Start Date. 10. Privacy: We collect personal information to administer Programs. Intellectual Property: All materials, curricula, logos and content are the property of Mecca Sports and may not be reproduced without permission. 12. Payment Disputes: Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to suspension of enrollment and forfeiture of credits; registrants are responsible for associated fees. 13. Changes to Terms: Mecca Sports may update these Terms; updated terms will be posted at https://meccasports.net/. Continued participation indicates acceptance of updates. 14. Governing Law & Venue: These Terms are governed by New York State law. Venue for disputes shall be the courts in the applicable county in New York unless otherwise agreed.
